Most platforms people turn to for restaurant info are more likely to share the negative and less likely to share the positive, but if the positives didn’t already outweigh the negatives, these restaurants wouldn’t even exist.
Like people, restaurants each have their strengths and unique takes, and we know that this is exactly what people truly want to know more about, so we fairly conclude that sites based solely on general reviews aren’t giving the confidence people want when going out somewhere new.
